We here at City of Lights do wish to keep the power levels sane, and therefore, the extremely powerful characters in the universe will not be able to be apped as a long-term PC character. Some of them could be apped as part of a story, but it would be with the understanding that it would be very short term and under specific guidelines. Characters not listed may still be restricted if their powers/power level is similar to those listed, or if they are too bizarre for the game at this moment. This is up to Wiz discretion. Feel free to ask if you want to know about the status of a particular character.

Angels, Demons, Vampires, Intergalactic (Anything from the Skrull to Starjammers to Silver Surfer. If it came from space, it fits in here.), Asgardians and other deities (including The Watcher), Apocalypse, Jean Grey/Phoenix, Holocaust, Mister Sinister, Omega Red, Mojo, X-Babies, Mojoverse, Charles Xavier, Hyperion, Sentry, Cassandra Nova, The Hulk, the symbiotes, the Summers-Grey children, Vulcan… and any other character, FC or OC, of a power level reaching the examples here.
